GIB III

December 17, 2005 10:06 PM

My third passenger was James Clark. He first flew with me back in May 2005 for some introductory formation training. I must have scared him pretty good, because we didn't fly again until just recently! Notice the calm demeanor. He makes it look so easy!

Lima-lima, somewhere over South Carolina.

Palmetto Flight.

It was wonderful getting to ride (again) in that **smooth** and beautiful 8. This time Larry not only had the stick but the pin/bolt to hold it in as well! :-) Felt kinda funny the first time I got in and the stick was NOT plugged in! :-)

I really enjoyed the flight. Wish I could have had a chance to just fly around some without the other planes nearby so I could ge a better feel of things.

Oh, I must say, it does feel funny for and RV6 guy to be in the back seat of an 8 in formation without rudder pedals back there. Luckily, I think we were in route formation. :-)
