Aileron Stops

December 30, 2007 10:53 PM
I made a pair of aileron stops out of delrin.  I started with the 1.5" stock on the left, cut to 3/8" wide on the chop saw (middle), then drilled a hole in the center and turned down to about 3/4" on the drill press (right).  They turned out nice!

This will be replace the stock aileron stop (1), and be installed on the push rod bolt (2), stopping against the hinge bracket (3).
